The amount of research this man did for us to get the information we needed was tremendous! The positive attitude with every conversation i was met with, put my mind at ease. Joe is knowledgeable, patient and responded quickly to all of my questions. This was my first time purchasing a home and it was important to me that I had someone working on my behalf that could help me navigate and understand every aspect of the financial agreement I was making. I felt confident in Joe every step of the way. He worked cohesively with my agent and insurance broker. If I could give him more than 5 stars on a review I would. As a first time homebuyer, Joe walked me through the entire process of applying for and getting approval for a home loan. He answered all of my questions, explaining things in terms I could understand and making me feel confident in my decisions. When it was time to close on my new home, Joe talked about the process and made sure I understood what my monthly payments would cost and how everything would be broken down.
